3. WhatsApp Business API

Storeify integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business API. By using this feature, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms
• Only send messages to users who have opted in
• Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited content
• Obtain necessary consents before sending marketing messages
• Respect user privacy and data protection requirements
• Use approved message templates where required

Violation of WhatsApp Business API policies may result in suspension or termination of your account and WhatsApp Business API access.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fees

Access to Storeify may require payment of subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies are subject to our refund policy, which may be updated from time to time. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Storeify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
